~ Roasted Duck with Berry Bacon Glaze – oven roasted half duck topped with chef’s berry and bacon glaze over jasmine rice pilaf and sautéed fresh vegetable (no potato), $36
~ Halibut with Roasted Grape Tomato Sauce – pan seared halibut topped with roasted grape tomato sauce, served over rice pilaf and grilled zucchini (no potato), $42
~ Jumbo Shrimp and Apple Bacon Risotto – creamy risotto rice stirred with parmesan, sautéed apple, shallots and bacon. Topped with three broiled jumbo shrimp (no potato), $32
